Returns Policy
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:
Transit time for the return to reach us (5–10 business days)
Processing time once we receive the return (3–5 business days)
Bank processing time for the refund to appear on your statement (5–10 business days)
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the item you’d like to return. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions.
International Returns Policy
Due to the high cost of international shipping, customs fees, and return logistics, all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not refundable.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and the shipping method selected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights are listed on individual product pages. To align with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
